The hospital band baby plaque is a beautiful way to keep your baby's hospital band from when they were born.
With your baby's first name in your choice of acrylic colour and their middle name, last name and birth details engraved on a plywood board, you can display the 200mm x 150mm plaque anywhere within your home.
The board has a small space where you can slide the hospital band in before sticking it to the back, completing your beautiful keepsake.
Simply choose the acrylic colour and enter the details you would like added to the plaque, such as the baby's middle and last name, time of birth, weight at birth and length.
The wood is made from natural timber, so the grain of the wood will vary slightly, making each plaque even more unique.
**Please not the processing time for this product will be longer than usual, due to the engraving and finer details this product will take up to 2 weeks before dispatached**

Hospital Band Baby Plaque
When you receive your items, they might have a protective film. This is so your item is protected during transit. To remove the protective film, please use your fingernail. Do not use sharp objects, which could scratch and damage your acrylic.
To clean your acrylic, please don't use any chemicals or cleaning products, as this can also damage your acrylic. A soft cloth with some water can be used to wipe the acrylic to keep it clean.
We are a small family business working around the clock to create our treasures and keepsakes for you all. Due to the nature of our business being personalised our products are made to order.
We, therefore, require between 3 to 5 business days to get your product made and dispatched. The good news is, it is often much quicker!
